Yes, the law of attraction is real. But the law is, well, just a law.

The law of gravity also exists, but it doesn’t tell you how to make an airplane fly. Similarly, the law of attraction doesn’t explain what to do to make things manifest in your reality.

When you learn how to consciously create, you will learn what to do to make things manifest in your reality. Conscious creation utilizes the Law of Attraction to create exactly what you want.

Before we go any further, it’s important to understand …

You already create your reality—perfectly

You’re currently creating your reality 100% of the time, and you do it absolutely flawlessly. You could not be a better creator if you tried. It’s the way this universe works.

Right now, you’re using your emotions, thoughts, and beliefs to create your world 24/7. This system works whether you know it or not, whether you believe it or not. That’s just the way it is…

Conscious creation is simply becoming conscious of what you think, feel, and believe, and directing your thoughts, choosing your emotions, and changing your beliefs so that they are in alignment with what you desire.

It’s not just you, the conscious “you,” who has to be in alignment. The past “yous” must be in alignment also.

“Wait, what?” is the response you might be having right about now.

Conscious creation is easy, but it is also complex. Time and space are also an illusion—which means the six-year-old you still exists. And if the six-year-old you still exists, that six-year-old is helping to create your current reality.

Kind of weird huh?

The good news is, you can learn how to work with the past “yous” to heal them and bring them into alignment with your dreams. Never stop reaching for the stars, do everything in your power to fulfill your dreams.

Twenty years ago, a friend of my mother gave me a copy of Think and Grow Rich. The friendship didn’t last long but the gift of my mother’s friend started me on a lifelong journey of discovery into the power of thought. I remember the thrill of recognition I felt upon first reading these words:

“Truly thoughts are things and powerful things at that when they are mixed with definiteness of purpose, persistence, and a burning desire for their translation into riches, or other material objects.”

A strongly held Definite Chief Aim transforms your mind into a powerful magnet which attracts the people and circumstances necessary for you to accomplish your desire. It’s the first step in turning invisible desires into visible reality. Without a clear direction, it’s all too easy to drift through life, like a ship without a rudder. The Magic of a Definite Chief Aim helps you organize, direct and harness the infinite power of your mind.

Once you have clarity about what you want and why you want it, you’re ready to follow these steps to attain your Definite Chief Aim:

1) Write a Clear Description of your Definite Chief Aim. Years ago, before Arnold Schwarzenegger had made his mark on Hollywood, he stated his Definite Chief Aim: “I am going to be the number-one box-office star in all of Hollywood.” Explaining how he intended to accomplish this feat, he said: “What you do is create a vision of who you want to be, and then live into that picture as if it were already true.” In 1991, receipts from Terminator II confirmed Schwarzenegger to be the most popular box office draw in the world, thus successfully accomplishing his Definite Chief Aim.

2) Include a Clear Statement of What You Intend to Give in Return. As I’m sure you agree, there’s no such thing as something for nothing. To get what you want, it’s important to decide what you will give in return. Oprah’s Definite Chief Aim has been to make a positive difference in the lives of millions of people. “As far back as I can recall,” she says, “my prayer has been the same: Use me, God. Show me how to take who I am, who I want to be, and what I can do, and use it for a purpose greater than myself.” Oprah has achieved phenomenal success for herself and others by focusing on a purpose greater than herself.

3) Believe You Can and Will Attain Your Definite Chief Aim. What you attain is limited only by your capacity to believe you can have it. To believe you can have what you want, keep thinking thoughts of having what you want. Magnetize your mind with positive affirmations. Visualize, imagine and feel yourself already in possession of your desire. In 1987, Jim Carrey was a struggling comic and part-time dishwasher, dreaming of fame and fortune. In addition to affirmations and visualizations, he wrote himself a check for $10 million and dated it Thanksgiving 1995, adding the notation “for acting services rendered.” In the Fall of 1995, he did in fact reach his Definite Chief Aim when he signed a $10 million contract to film “The Mask.”

4) Take Inspired Action. Tune in to guidance and inspiration from your Non-Physical Partner. When you listen to your inner voice and follow the guidance you receive, you are truly co-creating with Source. You don’t have to do it all alone. Your intuition will lead you step by step in the direction of your Definite Chief Aim.

5) Persevere. To accomplish your Definite Chief Aim, you must stay the course. If your Definite Chief Aim is based on a burning desire for its achievement, you will be able to persevere through doubts and difficulties. Remember that the dominating thoughts of your mind WILL transform themselves into physical reality. Thomas Edison had a Definite Chief Aim to create the electric light bulb. He persevered through 10,000 failed attempts before successfully realizing his dream.

However I don’t think this is unfair at all. The reason it happens is because the rich focus on a completely different way of earning money. There are thousands of stories about poor people who accumulated great riches and this choice is available to all of us.

Warren Buffett, Bill Gates, Richard Branson, and Oprah were not born into riches. Yet over their lifetimes they’ve amassed huge personal fortunes. This is because they understand and use the power of leverage through residual income like we’ll talk about today.

What Is Active Income?

Active income comes as a direct result of our efforts. This is when we work for one hour and get paid a certain amount for that hours work. This can be seen in wages, salaries, and self-employed service providers like lawyers or doctors.

There are many people who get paid vast amounts of money to become the CEO of a company, play professional sports, or star in a movie. Earning a high active income is often a lot of hard work and requires a dedication beyond most of us. It’s also limited because no matter how much money you get paid you still need to show up to work to earn your money.

What is Residual (or Passive) Income?

Many people talk about passive income and create the impression that you never have to do anything to keep that income going. There is also an idea that we should work to build a passive income asset and then sit on the beach relaxing for the rest of our lives. How To Build Residual or Passive Income

The products might be an item that has been created and can be duplicated or it might be the time of other people. For example, a dentist can only make so much income trading their time for money but when they bring on other dentists they will start to leverage their results to build residual income.

The First Steps to Creating Residual Income

The first thing is to be aware of how you work for active or residual income. Then you want to decide a path that transitions from active to residual income over time. It’s hard to start a new business and create residual income tomorrow so you have to have some patience.

As you make more residual income you can start to scale back the hours you put into active income. This will mean your residual income will grow even faster once you pay it more attention.

My WHY is this… written on 12/7/14

Write the 3 biggest reasons you MUST be successful.

My number one reason why I must be successful is that I love my family and I want to spend more quality time with each one of them. I see many families go through this quite often and in many cases some times both parents are absent from the picture, I think about the resentment that their children go through on a daily basis. I am tired of not being there for my little ones, just to be able to see them in the morning and to help them throughout the day would be a blessing for me, and also to be able to go out whenever I felt like going out with them is why I’m doing this.

My second reason why I must be successful is to feel good about myself and to prove those people wrong, the very ones that said that I would never be anybody or amount to anything special in this life there were a lot of people that told me I won’t make it and wished me bad I still remember these things to this day this is so hurtful writing this because even my father made these statements.

The only person besides the Heavenly Father to encourage me and showed me never to give up was my mother Carmen “The Angel” is what I used to call her, she would say Jimmie you have something very special inside that these people do not understand and that you have not discovered yet, but one day you will and when you do you will touch lives in a very special way.

Since her passing in 2005 I have found the way to feel good about myself and the way to share the gift that has been with me ever since I was born that is to help and empower people with a better way to live a healthier life and to never give up on their dreams. DoTERRA is my PASSION now and this is how I will touch many lives.
